Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through our online store and explains our order preparation, shipping, delivery and tracking arrangements.

Order Preparation

Physical orders are printed to order and normally prepared within 4–5 business days before dispatch.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During busy periods, preparation may occasionally take longer.

Choosing Express Shipping does not shorten the order preparation period unless specifically stated otherwise.

Standard Shipping

Estimated Standard Shipping times after dispatch are:

• Germany, European Union, Switzerland and United Kingdom: approximately 3–7 business days
• United States: approximately 14 business days or more
• Australia: approximately 10–16 business days
• Other international destinations: delivery times vary according to destination, carrier and customs processing

These estimates do not include the 4–5 business day preparation period.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available for selected destinations and orders.

Available Express Shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided, allowing customers to follow the progress and estimated delivery of their shipment.

International Express shipments may still be affected by customs clearance and local import procedures.

Delivery Estimates

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

The total estimated delivery time consists of:

Order preparation time + carrier delivery time

Carrier transit times may change because of seasonal demand, customs processing, public holidays, weather, service disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to factors including:

• delivery destination
• size and weight of the order
• selected shipping method
• available carrier service

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Standard and Express Shipping may have different charges.

Tracking

Where tracking is included with the selected shipping service, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

The tracking information can be used to follow the shipment and view the carrier's current delivery status and estimated delivery date.

Some shipping services may provide limited or no end-to-end tracking.

Multiple Items

Where an order contains several physical items, we will normally try to prepare and dispatch them together where practical.

In some circumstances, items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been prepared or dispatched.

If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete or otherwise undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be sent again.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, VAT, local taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges have not already been collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs requirements vary by country and may change without notice.

Customs processing may extend the estimated delivery time, including for Express shipments.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• carrier or postal delays
• customs processing
• public holidays
• severe weather
• peak delivery periods
• local delivery disruptions
• incomplete address information
• international transport disruptions

Please allow the estimated delivery period to pass before contacting us about a delayed shipment.

Missing Orders

If an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and provide your order number.

Where tracking is available, please also review the latest tracking information provided by the carrier.

We will review the available shipping information and assist with the next steps.

Failed, Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery or collecting an order where the carrier requires collection.

If an order is returned because delivery was refused, the package was not collected, or the carrier was unable to complete delivery, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

• your order number
• clear photographs of the damaged item
• photographs of the external packaging where possible

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution where applicable.

Please keep the damaged item and packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the carrier may require them for investigation.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require physical shipping.

Access or delivery instructions will be provided electronically using the method stated on the relevant product page or order confirmation.

Digital products may require an internet connection.

Where a digital product is provided for online access only, no downloadable file will be supplied unless specifically stated otherwise.

Orders Containing Physical and Digital Products

Where an order contains both physical and digital products, the different parts of the order may be fulfilled separately.

Digital access or delivery information will be provided electronically.

Physical items will be prepared and shipped to the delivery address supplied with the order.

Customers do not need to wait for physical delivery before accessing digital content that has already been made available.

Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in carrier services, delivery times, fulfilment arrangements or store operations.

The current version will always be published on our website.
